There’s both good and bad news for anyone who likes the idea of fighting vampires alongside their friends. The Grinder – a cooperative vamp hunting game from High Voltage Software – was originally going to be a Wii exclusive but will now be multi-platform. So you’ll be able to buy it for the PC, the PS3 and the Xbox360 as well as the Wii.
So what’s the bad news? Well, going multi-platform means HVS reworking a number of the game’s assets such high res textures and artwork. This has pushed back the release date all the way to Halloween 2011.
More news about The Grinder is expected to be released at the GDC Games Developers’ Conference in San Fransisco next month. Until then, here’s a brief teaser to watch:
